If you decide to terminate your membership or become an inactive member, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.

The Credit Union restricts access to your personal and account information to employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. The Credit Union also maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard nonpublic personal information.

FINANCIAL PRIVACY OPT-OUT NOTICE

If you prefer that Prime Financial Credit Union not disclose information about you to parties that are not affiliated with the Credit Union, you may “opt out” of these disclosures. That is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures. This “opt out” will not apply to disclosures that are permitted by law and will not apply to disclosures to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. COPPA DISCLAIMER

Prime Financial Credit Union does not knowingly collect, maintain or use personal information from our website about children under age 13. If a child whom we know to be under age 13 sends personal information to us online, we will only use that information to respond directly to that child, notify parents, or seek parental consent.
